Have you ever tried Whoopie Pies? I hadn’t either, before yesterday. And now I wonder where they’ve been all my life!
As part of a bank holiday weekend project, I made these carrot cake whoopie pies to enjoy. They were so much fun to make- essentially, they’re two biscuits sandwiched together and filled with buttercream icing.
I’ll let you into a little secret- the recipe and ingredients for this bake were supplied by BakedIn Baking Club. They kindly let me try out a box at a discounted price. And I loved it, so much that I think I’ll sign up to the subscription.
